Due to globalization, organizations increasingly operate in multinational environments. In light of digitization and automation, human creativity has become an irreplaceable a key driver of innovation. Both trends together cause that more and more people work in English-speaking teams to perform creative work.
BUT WHAT EFFECTS DOES an English-speaking CONTEXT HAVE ON CREATIVITY IN TEAMS? This fundamental research question is investigated within the JOINT PROJECT "CREATE-ET" BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF TRIER AND ESCP EUROPE BERLIN.
